The successful candidate will be passionate about food, drink and live music. They will have a proven track record in developing high-volume, fast-paced night-time trade. We’re looking for someone to drive the operation of our seven bars forward with a proactive and positive attitude. You will need to have attention to detail, be creative and have excellent leadership skills to build an enthusiastic and high performing team.
