Members need to sign in via MyManchester by clicking on the sign in link at the very top of the page to get the discounted hoodie price.

I've signed up via the SU for membership but don't see the member price, what do I do?

You must sign in by clicking the "SIGN IN" link at the very top of the page. Then click on the BLUE Univeristy login badge which will take you to MyManchester, once logged in you will the see the member price. Only those who have registered as a member on the SU website this acadmeic year will see the member price.

I signed up to be a member of OpSoc in previous years, can I still get the discounted ticket price?

Yes, you can! Please email us (ideally with proof of membership) and we will send you a separate form to complete. Don't worry if you haven't got proof of purchase, we'll try and cross reference your membership details with the records that we have. Please note that we have the right to refuse discount to anyone who is unable to show proof of membership and/or if we cannot find a record that you have purchased membership in the past. The membership you brought must include this academic year (2019/20) to be valid.

I'd rather pay in person; can I do that?

Yes, please email us giving your full name and the times you are free to purchase your hoodie. Please have exact amount in cash, we are unable to accept card in person.

I've bought my hoodie but have changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, all hoodies are non-refundable, unless there is a fault in your hoodie in which case you would be eligible for an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

I've bought my hoodie but have changed my mind about the size/colour, can I get it changed?

As long as you tell us before the deadline or just shortly after it's passed, we should be able to change it for you. Please don't fill out the form again but instead email us with your full name, year of study and the new requirements for your hoodie.
