Every Breath you Take

A session where you can take a breath and reflect on the importance of wellbeing as a leader. Learn a bit about how the mind works and why mindfulness can help to reduce stress. Try out some different techniques for practicing mindfulness, including a chocolate meditation and mindful movement! (Please bring chocolate, a raisin or equivalent to the session).
