At the University of Manchester Students' Union, our mission is to be the voice of students at Manchester, effecting change and enriching student life together.  Diversity, liberation and inclusion is at the core of our organisational values and key to our work with staff, student leaders and students. 

We are looking for a Diversity and Inclusion Manager to manage our newly created Diversity, Liberation and Inclusion Team, set up to develop, enhance and coordinate our equality, diversity, liberation and inclusion work with our students and student leaders.  This is an exciting time for the newly formed team, as we develop and implement a Diversity and Liberation Strategy to meet the needs and aspirations of our staff, students and student leaders.
