As your Welfare and Community Officer one of my priorities has been student safety. I’ve been hearing from students affected by hate crime on campus. I would like to show my support for students affected by these incidents. As a Students’ Union we condemn these types of actions and we believe that everyone has the right to live, work and study in an environment free from the fear of harassment or violence.
 
If you or anyone you know has experienced hate crime then The University’s Report and Support Platform allows you to report something anonymously or report it and get support from an advisor.
