The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 require all employers with 250 employees or more on the ‘snapshot date’ of 5th April 2017 to publish their gender pay gap information.
At UMSU we support equality of opportunity for all and, although we employed fewer than 250 staff on the ‘snapshot date’, we are publishing our data to support greater transparency around gender pay difference.
